22 September 2013, Mediviron UOA Clinic doctors and volunteers from KLBF visited Wake Shelter in Setapak for 4 hours. The shelter is an orphanage for children with HIV, or whose parents are sex workers or drug addicts. 12 children stay there from ages 5 to 19 years old.

They played with them and get them to make paper planes.
Children then had prizes for most beautiful plane and the plane which flew the furthest.

KLBF then presented a cheque for the donations they collected from charity auction. They also presented a hamper and two guitars to the kids.
